Always call 911 first if you or someone else is injured or hurt badly. For claims that require immediate assistance, such as losses that result in displacement from your home or resulting from a catastrophe, please contact us by phone. You can ask the customer service representative to have a claims professional call you right back. If you call us with a non-emergency, non-injury claim, you will be contacted by a claims adjuster no later than the next business day.
Online reporting is for auto, home and business property claims that are for non-emergency, non-workplace injury claims that don't require attention until the next business day.
