Our Coronavirus Response & Preparedness
We know these are difficult times, and we are committed to making things easier during the COVID-19 outbreak. We’re taking the necessary precautions to keep our employees healthy and our systems and services running, while maintaining our high service standards. We’ve also made changes to help you maintain your insurance coverage during this time.
We are here to help with a Feel Secure Auto Policy credit
Together, we are making a difference in curbing the spread of COVID-19. Staying at home. Driving less. And, driving less means fewer accidents.
We are applying a 15% Feel Secure credit for two months of premiums on Auto policies that are in force as of April 30.
Beginning in May, the credit will be applied to your next premium balance or refunded if your premium has been paid in full.

In our community: Support for front-line healthcare workers
We recently donated over 19,000 respirator masks to Geisinger Holy Spirit Healthcare, a local hospital in Harrisburg, Pa. We appreciate the tireless work of all healthcare professionals and will continue to look for ways to support them.
We made a donation of $50,000 to the United Way of the Capital Region (Harrisburg, Pa., area) COVID-19 Relief fund, and allocated additional contribution funds to the company’s field offices, which were directed to the Hunger Relief Fund of Wisconsin, Greensboro Urban Ministry (food, clothing, shelter), Second Harvest Food Bank in Nashville, Trenton Area Soup Kitchen and Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank.
We are committed to fulfilling our mission of helping people feel secure and making life better when bad things happen.
