CLAIMS ENHANCEMENTS

Our Claims Division continues to enhance the customer experience from the first report of a claim through claim settlement. Policyholders can report a claim on our mobile app, online or by phone, 24/7.

We quickly notify the policyholder of contact information for the assigned claim representative and can immediately confirm information about policy deductibles, towing and rental coverage.

We are developing a system that will provide real-time claim status information, online, by email or text message, so that policyholders can know the precise status of their claim.

Our Mission Statement calls for us to help people feel secure.

We do that immediately with our contract of insurance. The rubber meets the road at the time of the claim, however. At that moment of truth, we help people feel secure by responding to them promptly, courteously, empathetically and professionally, armed with all the information they need, and committed to keeping them informed and feeling secure throughout the claim resolution process.
