Your Penn National Insurance auto policy provides all of this protection:
-
Medical payments coverage pays medical bills for injuries to you or your
passengers.
-
Bodily injury liability coverage pays medical bills for injuries to someone
else resulting from a crash you cause.
-
Property damage liability coverage pays for damage you cause to someone else’s
car or property in a crash.
-
Uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage pays medical bills for you and
your passengers if a driver without insurance or without enough insurance
injures you in a crash.
-
Collision coverage pays for repairs to your car after a crash.
-
Other-than-collision (comprehensive) coverage pays for repairs to your car
after damage from something other than a collision.
Other coverage may be available or required depending on your state. Please
contact your independent agent for help in determining the proper limits and
selection of coverage for your auto policy.
For an additional premium, we recommend:
Auto loan/lease coverage - Coverage that protects you for the difference
between the amount you owe on a car loan or lease and what you would actually
collect under your personal automobile insurance policy if your car were
totaled. Pays to repair or replace damaged or destroyed items at today’s price,
with no deduction for depreciation.
Replacement cost auto coverage - Covered losses are paid without
considering depreciation in the value of your car. Your cost would only be the
policy deductible. Cars damaged as a result of fire or theft will be covered at
actual cash value.
Umbrella liability policy - Need added peace of mind? Umbrella liability
coverage provides a minimum of $1 million additional liability coverage
for your cars, home and other personal assets.
How can I lower my auto insurance premium?
-
Drive safely and defensively. Drivers who cause accidents pay higher premiums.
-
Supervise new, young drivers.
-
Buy a car that has a good safety record and is easy to repair.
-
Buy a standard vehicle instead of a high-performance or sports vehicle.
-
Increase your deductible. If you’re willing to assume a higher deductible,
we’ll reduce your premium costs.
-
Penn National Insurance also offers these discounts*:
