Our company has selected your facility as a medical provider for treating our employees for any work-related injuries.

As a safety-conscious organization, we do everything possible to prevent injuries to our workers. Nonetheless, injuries may occur. So we want to ensure that our employees receive timely and first-rate medical care. We also want you to understand our commitment to safety and our willingness to help our injured workers recover through the appropriate use of temporary modified duty.

If you treat one of our employees and determine that their activities need to be restricted, we will make every effort to accommodate these restrictions through our temporary modified duty program. We will work closely with you throughout the recovery period to help employees return to their normal responsibilities as quickly as possible.

I will be your contact to resolve any issues that may arise. While we hope that none of our employees will ever be injured on the job, we are confident that by working together we will be able to speed recovery and keep our employees healthy and productive.
